Billy Rickgauer was the commanding officer of the Third Ceti Hussars' Combat Command Charlie as of 3062.[2]
History
Leftenant General Rickgauer, serving with the Third Ceti Hussars, was stationed on Manapire in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Rickgauer was promoted to major general and relocated to Brockway by 3067.[1]
