Major Billy Ishoka was an officer in House Ijori during the Fourth Succession War.[1]
History
In January 3029, Billy Ishoka convinced Shiao-zhang Hassan Ijori to drop directly into the city of Controssa when House Ijori attacked the world of Basalt during Operation RAT. The House Ijori troops had been lured to the planet with false information regarding storehouses and supply depots supporting the continuing Federated Suns' attacks into the Capellan Confederation. When the Capellan troops found the empty warehouses, they decided to vent out their frustration on the defending units of the 4th Crucis Lancers.[2]
