The Third Battle of Harrow's Sun was a notable battle between the Draconis Combine and the Federated Suns.[3][2]
Overview
The battle involved the Federated Suns laying siege to the city of Mura.[3]
The Awesome assault lances of the Davion Heavy Guards Regiment engaged defending forces from the Eighth Sword of Light and the Fourth Proserpina Hussars. The battle started with the Heavy Guards rolling over the forward positions of the defenders, but as they were not supported by Illician Lancers. The Davion Heavy Guards ended under combined attack from flank and rear and were forced to fall back with moderate casualties.
Two weeks later the Kurita forces evacuated Harrow's Sun and did not return to that system until 3020.[1][2]
