Arthur Niskanen was a member of the Tyr Resistance Movement prior to the 4th Succession War.[1][2]
History
In October 3028, Arthur Niskanen was a member of the team put together to rescue fellow Tyr member Thor Bjorlee from the Östersund Penitentiary on Kirchbach. Previously, Arthur had worked as a groundskeeper for the Penitentiary under Draconis Combine Captain Frank Kozoma. Arthur's knowledge of the terrain inside the facility, plus his accuracy with a Zeus Heavy Rifle, were major factors in allowing the team to enter the facility successfully.[1]
