Arthur Koop was the aide to the commanding officer of the Draconis Combine's Oshika Prefecture as of 3050.[1]
History
Sho-sho Koop, serving under Tai-sho U Poi, was executive officer of the Galedon Military District's Oshika Prefecture in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Koop continued to serve as Poi's second-in-command by 3054.[2]
