Annabeth Patrick was the commanding officer of the Ninth Lyran Regulars as of 3064.[2]
History
Hauptmann Patrick was given command of the Ninth Lyran Regulars during the Federated Commonwealth Civil War upon the death of its two previous commanders.[2] After the conclusion of the Civil War, now-Leutnant-General Patrick was stationed on Chapultepec by 3067.[1] Following the Jihad, Patrick remained with the Ninth Regulars and was stationed on Santana by 3085.[3]
