Angus Yatabi was the commanding officer of Capra's Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery garrison during the War of 3039.[1]
History
When the Federated Suns and Lyran Commonwealth began invading a significant number of Draconis Combine worlds in 3039, Tai-sa Yatabi requested that DCMS high command provide his garrison with reinforcements. Due to the chaos of the early war, Yatabi's request would go unanswered, leaving him with just a few battalions of infantry to defend against any invaders. When both the First Crucis Lancers and First Albion Training Cadre arrived on Capra on 18 May, Yatabi's soldiers could do very little as the FedSuns BattleMechs surrounded the planet's capital city before their accompanying infantry routed the city's defenders. By 27 May, all of Capra's other settlements had been captured by the invading force, with all members of the militia having been eliminated or imprisoned in just over a week of pacification operations.[1]
