Anderson Carstairs was a notable officer in the Davion Assault Guards during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History
Major Carstairs commanded a battalion of the Davion Assault Guards during the unit's 3145 posting to New Avalon and was known for being a vocal critic of First Prince Julian Davion. He was even recorded wondering "why a man who thinks he has the right to rule the Federated Suns lets himself get led across the Lyran Commonwealth by a bit of tail." Despite his political beliefs, Carstairs was an effective assault BattleMech commander, although whether he'd be able to retain his command once Davion returned to New Avalon remained in doubt.[1]
BattleMech
Major Anderson Carstairs piloted a Templar III Assault OmniMech.[1]
