Amy Yao was a notable officer in the aerospace forces of the First Liao Hussars during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History
Sao-shao Yao was a squadron commander in the First Liao Hussars' aerospace detachment and had flown almost sixty combat sorties behind the controls of her fighter Sable Sprite. Yao was also a known thrill-seeker with a reputation for deploying infantry exactly where they were needed, even when it involved flying through Republic of the Sphere and Federated Suns cities at street level. During the Hussars' raid on Talcott's General Motors factory, Yao flew her craft through an open cargo bay door and directly onto the factory's production floor. Once inside the facility, she activated her VTOL thrusters and breached through an interior wall with SRM fire, enabling her infantry payload to quickly secure the factory's security command center.[1]
