Alisdair Miyamoto was an assault company commander in the Seventh Sword of Light during the Dark Age Era.[1]

History

Chu-i Miyamoto was the commander of the Seventh Sword of Light's Tengu Lance during the Battle of Robinson and was part of the vanguard force during the fighting for Bueller. Miyamoto's Tengus charged a defending company of the Twentieth Avalon Hussars and used their swords and PPCs to devastate their foes, killing two squads of Cavalier battle armor troopers, two tanks, and six Hussars BattleMechs in under two minutes of fighting. While the arrival of Hussars reinforcements prevented Miyamoto from killing Captain Dairmad Chaines, his lance had put a hole in the Federated Suns' lines that could not be fixed.[2][3]

Miyamoto was promoted to tai-i after the fighting on Robinson and was placed in command of his own assault company. He was also the predicted winner of the Katana Cluster for 3145, as he had acquired eighteen enemy BattleMech kills during the invasion of the Federated Suns. Miyamoto preferred to get in close so he could engage two enemies at once, one with his sword and the other with his PPC. While rumors held that he was possibly going to be transferred to an instructor position at the Sun Zhang MechWarrior Academy, his lethality in the field made him too valuable to place in a support role.[1]

BattleMech

Tai-i Alisdair Miyamoto piloted a Rokurokubi BattleMech during his service with the Seventh Sword of Light.[1]
