Alfredo Chen was a media commentator, who worked for Sian Nightly News in the Capellan Confederation, as of 3078.[1]
History
Chen offered a "Special Comment" on the 13 March 3078 episode of Sian Nightly News, in which he expressed disappointment at the pro-Devlin Stone student protests on Genoa in the days prior, decrying the failure of Capellan society to instill a greater level of patriotism for the Capellan Confederation and love for its Chancellor in the young people involved.[1]
