Alexandra Waters was the commanding officer of the Second Lyran Guards in 2789.[1]
History
The Second defended Port Moseby against DCMS-forces in 2789. After forcing the DCMS forces to enter a forest with their aerospace fighters firepower harassing them, Colonel Waters used her unit's Firestarters BattleMechs to burn the forest where the Kurita forces where travelling, but were destroyed later that year when a second DCMS attack against the planet and they could not repeat the feat.[1]
