Major Alecto Zibler was a MechWarrior, who served in the AFFS, during the thirty-second century.[1][2]
History
Early life
The oldest of three identical triplets born in May 3119, to prominent parents within the Federated Suns, Alecto had an easy path to become a House Davion MechWarrior. While only an average shot, she was a skilled pilot, and developed a firm grasp of guerilla tactics.[1]
Robinson
In 3144, while on detached duty on Robinson with the Twentieth Avalon Hussars Light Combat Team's Eighth Company ("the Crazy Eights"), the then Leftenant Alecto commanded their Charlie Gamma Recon Lance. This followed a family tradition, as Alecto's distant relative Jayanti Zibler had once commanded the Crazy Eights, until his death in 3025.[1]
Following the invasion of Robinson by the Draconis Combine, and the death of her sister Megara Zibler at the hands of the attacking DCMS forces, Alecto volunteered to remain on-world after its conquest to lead a guerilla cell. Her hatred of the Combine was so great, that one of her last acts during the resistance, was to fatally stomp on the cockpit of downed Eighth Sword of Light CO Tai-sa Theodore Mori.[1][3]
Alecto remained on Robinson with the Avalon Hussars after its liberation, and was again involved in its defense in 3150, during the Combine's attempt to retake it. During this campaign, the now Major Alecto led any assault, one of the prizes of which was a treasure trove of DCMS data regarding the Palmyra Debacle and the Combine's subsequent occupation of Palmyra.[4][5]
Eighth Crucis Lancers
By 3152, Major Alecto was head of the planning staff for the Eighth Crucis Lancers RCT, having finished her detached service with the Hussars. In this role she was also known as the RCT's leading partisan of Erik Sandoval-Groell, in his contest for popularity and loyalty with First Prince Julian Davion.[2]
BattleMech
Alecto was known to have piloted a HSN-10SR Hellspawn BattleMech.[3]
