Rolf Solomon was a Lyran Alliance tank gunner and member of the Tharkad-based anti-Blakist resistance unit EISENJÄGER until his death in 3071.[1]
History
During the Word of Blake occupation of Tharkad, Rolf served as part of the anti-Blakist resistance. EISENJÄGER, led by his tank's commander Stella Heigl, spent two years evading and fighting the occupiers. On 13 January 3071, the unit ambushed particularly important prey: Precentor Roman McKinnsey, known as the Marauder of Mako Valley. Solomon fired the lethal shot that destroyed McKinnsey's cockpit moments before his own death to the target's lancemates.[1]
