Darrell Johannes was the Earl of Thessalonika and Prefect of the Thessalonika Prefecture in 3025.[1][2]
History
Johannes was very focused on keeping major industries and military units out of the Prefecture to avoid attracting the attention of foreign military forces,[2], which left Jan Fjolek, Sho-sho and Commanding Officer of both the Thirteenth Rasalhague Regulars and the Thessalonika Prefecture,[3][4] with only his Thirteenth BattleMech regiment in the Prefecture.[4]
