Major General Bharat Heintze was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 53rd Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]
History
While General Heintze's 53rd Infantry Division was understrength, he found his worked to his advantage, allowing him to use his excessive transport capacity to redeploy much faster than a Foot Infantry Division would usually be able to.[1]
