Uncle Heiner's Experiment World was a Lyran Commonwealth live-action children's STEM holovid series which ran for three seasons from 3008 to 3011.
Farah Murad, who chose to become a scientist in response to the program, described the show's host Uncle Heiner as a tattooed, chain-smoking nihilist who taught children the magic of chemistry such as making thermite with aluminium cans and a belt sander. Murad would ultimately marry him, albeit briefly before seeking annulment, though the relationship would inspire her expand her talents with machinery.
