Suleiman Kovács was a Bloodnamed Seeker of Clan Goliath Scorpion during the Jihad.[1]
History
Star Captain Suleiman was a Seeker with a habit for tinkering worthy of a member of the scientist caste but was seen as a radical for his unauthorized experimentation involving necrosia and synchronized neurohelmets. It was his belief that a wireless network of linked neurohelmets combined with the powerful hallucinogenic could allow shared visions between participants and he repeatedly proposed the creation of a "Psi Galaxy" where his theory could be mass-tested. This idea concerned the Scorpions' leadership and he was instead dispatched to the Inner Sphere for a raid on the Odessa system following a Clan Ghost Bear assault.[1]
Arriving on Odessa III aboard a battered Broadsword-class DropShip, Suleiman's unit searched several locations amidst the chaos left behind by the Word of Blake's engineered pandemic and quarantine of the planet. These included locations in the planetary capital, the planet's HPG compound, and the estates of House Fisk, the ruling family of Odessa III. In the course of his search, Suleiman was repeatedly engaged by insurgents who proved unable to stand up to his assault BattleMech's advanced technology. Unconfirmed reports indicated that he also battled against a detachment of the Word's Manei Domini super soldiers and that the objective of his hunt were records that could confirm how ComStar and the Word of Blake undermined Odessa's government for centuries.[2]
