Description
As per 3067 its exchange rate against the C-Bill is 0,05. The Coin Metal is Copper displaying the Image of a Skull and Crossbones and with the Paper Color being Black and displaying the Image of Scythe and the Reverse Image of a Crowned Skull.[1]
