In the BattleTech universe, starships capable of faster-than-light travel require a Kearny-Fuchida Drive. Those with a standard KF drive are considered regular JumpShips by default, even when they are armed (see Jolly Roger), whereas those equipped with a Compact KF Drive are considered WarShips regardless of their actual role.
This category lists all articles about a WarShip class, i.e. jump-capable ship classes designed around a compact or sub-compact KF drive core.
