A violent man, Tazu operated an arms dealing operation, based from a heavily armed bunker on the otherwise abandoned world of [[Ki Zoban]] near the border of the Outworlds Alliance, [[Federated Suns]] and [[Draconis Combine]]. In the middle of the thirty-first century, Tazu sought to increase purchases of his weapons, by stirring by tensions between Federated Suns miners and Draconis Combine [[[aerospace]] engineers who were operating in Alliance space.<br />

Orchestrating the kidnapping of the families of several Combine engineers, he attempted the frame the Davion mining company for the crime, but his subterfuge was detected by the Alliance aligned [[Thermo Police]] under [[Captain]] [[Seymore Hares]].
