Just to inform you, we try and write from an in-character perspective, as if both the Editors and the visitors are within the BT universe and are reading about a subject that has occurred. In that light, 'leftenant' is not mis-spelled, as that is how they spell their version of the English word 'lieutenant'. Just wanted to let you know why I modified the article. <br />
Curious: you've created articles on the early Clan history and now the AFFS. :I'm devoted to BattleTech lore in general and a long fan of the Sarna.net project. The pages added were just nails on the chalkboard by wondering why no one has added them. As the the leftenant issue, I was taking a layman's perspective on the naming. I'll try to write from an in-character perspective from now on, though I'm not much good at it.
