:I found that note, too, for both &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Ulan Batar&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; and [[Farwell]], pg. 61, [[The Periphery (sourcebook)]].  However, I would not jump to conclusions - the [[Federated Suns]] may have lost those worlds earlier in the [[1st Succession War]], and might simply be retaking lost worlds.
