Steven Humphreys was a Free Worlds League noble and an officer in the Free Worlds League Military.<br />
<br />
==History==<br />
He was the younger brother of the Duchess of Andurien, Dalma Humphreys. However, when taking the (apocryphal) biography of Dalma's mother at face value, it seems near-certain that Dalma and Steven had different mothers, and were in fact half-siblings descendant from the same father (Richard Humphreys).<br />
<br />
===Fourth Andurien Rangers===<br />
By 3085 Steven was commander of the Fourth Andurien Rangers.<br />
