[[MechWarrior (rank)|MechWarrior]] Nekesa, originally a member of [[Clan Goliath Scorpion]] before being taken as ''[[abtakha]]'' in a battle against Clan Ghost Bear, regained her warrior status just before the beginning of [[Operation REVIVAL]]. Her history lead Nekesa to believe that the Ghost Bear's methods were the one true way of the [[Clans]] and that the Bears were destined to become the [[ilClan]].<ref name=BTCFS/>

In combat, Nekesa was known for rapidly speeding through enemy lines as she sought the best targets for her [[OmniMech]]'s [[Gauss rifle]]. She was also known for respecting non-BattleMech forces, unlike many other Clan warriors, and would engage them with no hesitation.<ref name=BTCFS/>
