Completing jobs earns [[C-bill]]s, [[MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries/Equipment|equipment]], [[MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries/Factions#Outlaws|Outlaws]] and Company Reputation, and advances progress in the Career Path system. As each level is unlocked, the player is provided Upgrade Blueprints for use on [[BattleMech]]s to improve their abilities.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cantinas are found in every Industrial Hub and [[MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries/Conflict Zones|Conflict Zone]]. They become available starting at Reputation 4, after being [[MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries/High Reward Quests#.22Old Friend.22 .28Heroes of the Inner Sphere.29|connected]] to the Fixers by [[Richard Markson]], [[Nikolai Mason]]&amp;#039;s old friend. Once accepted, the jobs never expire and can be completed over any length of time, remaining active unless deliberately abandoned. There is no penalty for canceling a job.&lt;br /&gt;
