Kigamboni Leopard are a descendant of Terran Leopard found on Kigamboni.<br />
<br />
==Description==<br />
Smaller than a Terran Leopard, Kigamboni Leopards have green mottled fur, which provides great camouflage in the grasslands, forests and jungles in which they hunts.<br />
<br />
==History==<br />
Terran leopards were introduced to Kigamboni in the twenty-fifth century, in an effort to control an aggressive rodent species which was devastating crops and herds. Within months, due to a poison produced by the rodents, the leopards began to show a greenish hue and be far more aggressive. Over the span of a few generations, these features became more distinct, as the animals also became smaller than their Terran ancestors.<br />
<br />
Despite their aggressiveness however, Kigamboni Leopard were known in some circumstances to be tamed to an extent, for example for use in circuses.<br />
<br />
The Kigamboni Leopard became the namesake of the Eighth Deneb Light Cavalry.<br />
