Using an [[OmniVehicle]] chassis, the vehicle is able to be reconfigured to a number of roles, which include its principal configuration as a mobile command post. The ''GESV'' is utilized by military, government, and private organizations.<br />

The GESV tractor is built on an Omnivehicle chassis. The powerful [[fuel cell]] motor enables the tractor to pull up to two of the GESV's purpose-built trailers. The vehicle is protected by 2 tons of BAR 7 commercial-grade armor.<br />
