On 25 January [[3135]], during the black-out, a riot started in Valis City because the people thought a series of incoming DropShips were Capellan Confederation forces arriving on the planet. Legate [[David Fouche]] calmed the citizens informing them that the incoming DropShips were part of the scheduled resupply convoy coming in from [[New Home]], was arriving a day earlier.
