==History==
In 3058 Loda was part of Stirling's Fusiliers Second [[Battalion]] (Black Adders), in which role he joined the Stirling's Fusiliers' mission to [[Battle of Wayside (3058)|attack]] [[Clan Smoke Jaguar]]'s [[Deep Periphery]] base on [[Wayside]], on behalf of the [[Draconis Combine]].<ref name=NH></ref>

On 8 August 3058, Loda participated in the final engagement of this conflict, during which [[Galaxy Commander]] [[Devon Osis]] attempted to destroy the remaining elements of the Fusiliers which remained on Wayside after an initially unsuccessful attempt to eliminate the Smoke Jaguar presence on the world. Catching the Northwind Highlanders Regiment on the airless continent of New Scotland, the Smoke Jaguars were eventually overwhelmed by the arrival of Highlander reinforcements, as well as a [[Clan Nova Cat]] force under [[Star Colonel]] [[Santin West]].<ref name=NH></ref>
