The Devil's Brigade was formed in the wake of an incident involving [[Interstellar Expeditions]]. While exact details are unknown, it appears that [[Alex Keller]], an IE employee, paid to leave the organization along with others. The nascent Brigade gathered on [[Galatea]], and quickly grew in strength.
