==Description==
The scientists of [[Clan Blood Spirit]] and [[Clan Snow Raven]] worked together to start their ProtoMech programs. The six-meter tall<ref name=TWotD>''The World of the Dead''</ref> '''''Chrysaor''''' was the first ProtoMech the two clans designed. As it was the first design they produced, they ran into several engineering problems. These problems delayed deployment by several years, but did allow the engineers to eliminate the problems in the ''[[Cecerops]]'' production lines. Fortunately the ''Chrysaor'' was worth the wait. Combining high speed with ammunition-independent [[ER Micro Laser]]s and good armor make the ''Chrysaor'' a dangerous foe. Though a determined MechWarrior can quickly kill it, that same MechWarrior will know he's been in a fight.

Both [[Clan Blood Spirit]] and [[Clan Snow Raven]] use the ''Chrysaor'' extensively.

==Weapons and Equipment==
The armament of the ''Chrysaor'' is a quartet of [[ER Micro Laser]]s. Though not tremendously damaging by themselves, a Point of ''Chrysaors'' can quickly peel the armor from all but the heaviest units.
