It demonstrates the superiority of the upgraded GM ''[[Phoenix Hawk]]'' over the Ceres Metals [[Blackjack (OmniMech)|BJ2-O ''Blackjack'' C]] undergoing retrials. The unusual demonstration, combined with a message from [[Giovanni Estrella de la Sangre]], prompts Overseer ''pro tem'' Nikolai Kwiatkowski to consider his options with General Motors, especially given that the destruction of the ''Blackjack'' that he directed to engage the ''Phoenix Hawk'' does not bode well for his career otherwise.<br />
