Steven Humphreys was a Free Worlds League noble and an officer in the Free Worlds League Military.

History
He was the younger brother of the Duchess of Andurien, Dalma Humphreys. However, when taking the (apocryphal) biography of Dalma's mother at face value, it seems near-certain that Dalma and Steven had different mothers, and were in fact half-siblings descendant from the same father (Richard Humphreys).

Fourth Andurien Rangers
By 3085 Steven was commander of the Fourth Andurien Rangers.
