History
The Royal First Swiss Cavalry Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army. They provided the garrison force for the SLDF Headquarters in Geneva. On 27 December 2766 they were attacked by the 17th Amaris Legionnaires and 85th Amaris Fusiliers that were attempting to overrun the base as part of Operation APOTHEOSIS. The First Swiss put up a stubborn defense, even drawing aid from two Riga II-class Destroyers for some time before they were destroyed by ground based PPC and Laser SDS fire. It wasn't until the arrival of the Greenhaven Gestapo and the Second Legion of Fire that the weight of number allowed the Amaris troops to dislodge the First.
