==History==
Morgana was a native of the [[Magistracy of Canopus]], with raven hair, and a penchant for wearing black leather off-duty. This look, together with her maiden name "LaFayre, earned her the nickname "the Witch".

Despite being the wife of her unit commander [[James Kirkpatrick]], and the mother of his only child, Morgana was a cool and collected warrior. During a raid on the world of [[Andiron]] for the [[Lyran Commonwealth]], Morgana accounted for three Circinian bandit kills, including a vintage ''[[Hussar]]'' whose origins remain a mystery.<ref name=TRO39p138/><ref name=TROSW></ref>

While initially a [[Lieutenant]] and support lance commander, in [[3051]] after her husbands death, Morgana became the [[Colonel]] and commander of the renamed Kirkpatrick’s Invaders. She led the unit through numerous deep raids against the [[Clans]] through the 3050s, including a number against [[Clan Jade Falcon]] during [[Operation Bulldog]], but was ultimately killed during a raid on [[Apollo (system)|Apollo]] in [[3061]].<ref name=MSp44></ref>
