Star Colonel Cewen Newclay was a Bloodnamed Clan Jade Falcon MechWarrior during Operation REVIVAL, the Refusal War, the Jade Falcon Incursion of 3058 and possibly the Civil War.

History
Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Cewen - prior to winning his Bloodname - served in the Cluster Command Star of the 3rd Falcon Talon under Star Colonel Gran Newclay in Clan Jade Falcon's Gamma Galaxy.

Cewen would survive the fighting on Tukayyid as well as the Refusal War. He would then go on to earn his Bloodname, promotion to Star Colonel and command of the 3rd Falcon Talon.

As commander of the 3rd Falcon Talon, Cewen would participate in the Jade Falcon Incursion of 3058. Cewen was listed as still in command of the 3rd Falcon Talon in 3059.

It is assumed, but not confirmed, that Cewen Newclay was still in command of the 3rd Falcon Talon when it was attacked on Black Earth and forced to retreat to Golandrinas by General Adam Steiner's forces during Operation AUDACITY in October 3064.

Cewen Newclay is assumed, but not confirmed, to still be in command of the 3rd Falcon Talon on Golandrinas in 3067.

Notes
Field Manual: Updates references a "Ceren Newclay" as in command of the 3rd Falcon Talon on Golandrinas in 3067. This may be a typo that should have referenced Cewen Newclay but it is unconfirmed at this time.

BattleMechs
Cewen Newclay piloted a Gargoyle OmniMech.
