This template tags a section for copy editing and should be added at the start of a section, below the section title.

This template takes the optional parameter |for= which can be used to explain what issues need to be addressed, e.g. |for=consistent spelling.
This template takes the optional parameter |date= which can be used to date when this template was placed
This template will auto-categorise tagged articles into Category:Articles needing copy edit.
This template is a self-reference.
Please do not subst: this template.
